Buggar
Bit of a buggar that you had to bring in the two water features early. Definitely some potential where we started today.

Yeah true sounder porn
Yeah true sounder porn there. I said to the boys it would be worth anchoring there on a good day and dropping a burley bomb.

Cheers mate, as I said it was a shame they got crook, I was green around the gills too with that NW wash. It's amazing spent whole days out in a lot worse up north and none of us with a twinge.

A question for you boys - how do you work these feather jigs ? I would imagine lots of violent twitch?

Swiched on
These fish weren't real switched on uluabuster so I was using a small trailer of octopus tentacle as a sweetener. Deadly technique.

Thanks for the reply
Thanks for the reply BJ.
Assumming the fish are switched on, what should be the technique then ? On a normal jig head with SP, the SP's tail will provide all the action.
Pretty keen to get my hands on a few of them but first need to figure a way to work them.

Nylon
With the nylon banana type, a vigorous flick, pause and repeat works well, usually gets hit on the pause (drop). The nylon tail will pulse in the water, similar to a plastic.
With the Spire points, I work them fairly gently, almost like slow pitch jigging.
