Anyone looking for a project boat, my neighbor has a Chivers 1977 18 foot  boat with a 114hp Volvo Penta inboard, motor he says needs work (he used to run it but reckons the motor has siezed as it  hasn't been started since the cows came home), is on a galvinized b/b trailer, both units are licenced, he's asking at least $3000.
