Pt peron Charlie ct

Up north one of these is probably the most un interesting catch possible, however my mate caught this on a plastic at Pt Peron the other day. Has anyone else caught a Charlie this far south?

Pretty sure the WWirrah are spotted. Charlie ct could be the incorrect name but it's definantly the same pesky fish I've seen hundreds of up north. Always knew them as charlies

I caught one a while ago behind garden island. Although they are small they are meant to be great tucker!

Great chewing

THe humble Charlie is good chewing in my book. I'm not much of a fan of eating fish that taste like fish ( oily etc etc) But fresh Charlie on the barbie yummo...:)
