removing sealant (msp15) from gelcoat

What's the best way for removing this sealant without damaging the gelcoat??
Ihave scraped the worst off.

dont know about that sealant
but accetone is the only thing that will remove sikaflex ,but it will remove the polish as well if you have to rub it to hard

dampen a rag with accetone and wipe away,then give a wash when you finished
