Rib repair

Hi Guys, I picked up a rib/tender for a pretty good deal, partly because it's not holding air. I went around with soapy water and located 4 spots where tgere are little leaks, and they all are coming from a seam behind the rub rail around the edge. There is also a couple of delaminated fittings, but only the 4 little leaks.
Has anyone repaired one of these before?
This one is pvc tube.

I took one up to Tamala many
I took one up to Tamala many years ago and it turned out to be this boats last trip. During the day it would be fine and hold shape but at night with 4 people in it, you would hear it hissing. 1 whole tube of sikaflex later, on the very last day, putting around in a glass out, the glue around end cap on the pontoon decided to give way. so it was everyone standing with one on the foot pump while we did our nautical mile back to the beach.
Old boy smashed out some repairs when we got it home and it would hold shape for a few days before the next bit of glue failed.
It was a 25 year old Quintrex boat which had been to Lombok, exmouth and a few places between so it had done alright!
