Rigging and Presenting SP's

Just curious how people rig bloodworm styled gulp's and SP's?
Im used to using the jerk shads and grubs and shrimps etc but never really known how to actually present a bloodworm styled lure...
Hmm maybe there is a site somewhere that gives the lowdown on rigging and presenting different types of SP's and styles?
Anyone got the low down?

gamakatsu round 211 jig
gamakatsu round 211 jig head, with 4lb flurocarbon stinger and a small octopus hook.
So you have a hook at the front(jig head), and tied onto the eye of the jighead a light trace that wont effect the action and have a tiny hook in the tail.

Stinger rig
I'm with SHizz on the use of a stinger - I just use PE instead.
Pe is bite proof and doesn't affect the lure action either.
Works a dream for 'tasters' who don't want to really grab hold!
