thinking about going to rottnest island to do a bit of fishing maybe have a nite there in the boat over xmas break from work any one know the cost of mooring a boat there and if there is any other expences

best bet get hold of the
best bet get hold of the rotto island mob down at the barrack street jetty. they should be able to help or look up the info on the net . rottnest island board , i think. but i would say you would have to be lucky to get a mooring over xmas . however there is a couple of bays that you can anchor up in over night , not 100% sure on that but

Just pull up on the beach at Thommo's Bay (depending on boat size). You'll have to pay the admin fee for each person on the boat at the visitors centre or get an annual pass...

easiest is to google it all the formas are online aswell but I was horrified its not just a form they want boat insurance and so on rediculous

The last few times i've been
The last few times i've been there this year I've just anchored on the beach in Thomo's, Bow & stern, walk down the visitors centre & pay I think about $35, just need to know your Rego number, never provided anything else.
