Rotto

Yeh went Saturday, got a 7 dhuies but not one sized. Hooked a biggie but somehow managed to spit the whole whiting with the hook in it after a short battle.

Did ok in the end with few snapper, black arses n red snapper.

Also caught a couple of funny looking cod. Looks like blackarse but was dark green with lighter green bands. Does any one know what they are? About 45 cms. Thought they were charlie courts but on the net they were reddish brown, these were dark green.

SBT's, we landed 10 or so and they were fairly small but a couple pushed 3-4kg so came home and jumped in some soy.

Went out yesterday and fished south of and west of Rotto. Tried from 40 out to 50-60.. Plenty of fish shows but all we managed were 4 scorpion fish and a couple of other shit fish. Still it was a nice day on the water

Still looking for the Big Fish.
