Rotto Landing Permit

Thinking of stopping over at Rotto on sunday. Not sure what we going to do. Do I need a landing permi before I go or can I get one from the ranger when asked.

You are meant to get one online before you go or at the visitors centre once there

Sure makes for an expensive beer stop on the way home after a day's fishing.

If I lived in Perth and had a boat Id just get the annual pass.

Its such a great playground for both kids and adults

I have a Quintrex 500 Seaspirit and go all the time diving, fishing. Just got to pick the day and prep to be there to follow the ferry or a big boat.

Can't say I have seen them however I can't say I have watched for them either. On the right day though it would be easy.

Landing

Its technically not a landing permit.
You should also have one for entering the marine park waters as well.

Day Pass

Fri, 2017-04-28 14:28

If your trip is a one-off, purchase a day pass.  Keep the receipt, because if you decide you want an annual pass, you can claim the value of the day pass off your annual pass if purchased within 30 days.  Also note, annual passes are actually season passes.  Im not 100% sure, but i think the season starts in August, so you'll only get a few more months out of it.  Check the rotto website in the baoting section. It has all the details.

Just don't do what all the other clowns do when the rotto swims are on and  rock up and use any old pen they desire.

every year there is someone hooked up to a beach pen that we have hired out for the w/e claiming they didn't know or thought it was free
