A failed trubunal challenge doesn't result in a heavier suspension anymore Unc but costs the club around $10k instead. About the only thing the AFL has brought in recently that could be classed as commonsense.

Guelfi went to hospital in a Taxi because as Essendon stated the injuries weren't considered serious enough to be transported by Ambulance.
