Tried some new ground the other day and struck gold, bagged out
4 squid had hoods over 25cm
$15 nephews rod and reel and a $5 jig done the damage. Orange & Pink were the chosen colours of the day

Good work. How do you go cleaning em at home. I find doing them on a beach is so much cleaner and easier. Slippery suckers!

Guys on the squid forums
Guys on the squid forums recomend freezing first, apparently makes cleaning easier.
Personally, I like eating fresh. Bit of a mission to clean at home but delicious!
