sambo charter with saltwater and oceanside crew

Alarm went off at 4.40am on Friday and know better way of waking up knowing you are going fishing.

Got to hillaries at 5.50 for 6 am departure awesome brekkie with bacon and eggs cooked on the boat then we steamed out and check a few pots the boys had out there was about 8 crays in each pot then we headed out to a shallow water spot where the sambos were a little quiet with about 7 or so landed and sharks lurking around we steamed out deeper went to the 2nd spot and right away fish where around with about 20 landed around 15-20 kgs was awesome fun then the skipper suggested we take a gamble and head out to the 90's and from the first drop the fish were on with about 10 landed on the first drift with  me landing one around the 27 kg mark and then we stopped for a quick bbq lunch when on the next drift all hell broke lose 10 way hookup and from then on in we landed another 30+ fish when then while jigging I got smashed buy what felt like a freight train with about 20 mins worth of fighting A monster appeared from the deep and taking 2 blokes to pull in went around the 40kg mark and a new personal best and for me to make a fish look big is hard when I'm 6 foot 4 and 120 kg

But I highly recommend the charter for any one who wants to have some fun!
