After a succesful Exy trip, we have got some frozen YFT fillets. Had heaps of fresh sashimi but wondering how good it is from frozen. It was looked after and cryvaced then frozen. Only a couple of weeks old.

not sure if this is correct,
not sure if this is correct, but i heard its best to have frozen as most parasites would be killed by freezing, thats why most of the stuff you buy has been frozen for at least 24 hours,

It's fine
If you get a decent one, you can't eat it all fresh so really need to freeze some.
It's fine frozen, expecially within say 2 months, but I still prefer it when it hasn't been frozen.
