Scroll speed and background colour

Hello
Can i please have some advise what scroll speed do people use on a furuno 588 and best background colour
Im a bit of a newbie and looking for some help on setting

I don't have a 588 however I did keep a record of others recommendations with respect to sounder settings with the 587. Most recommended 1/1 or 2/1 scroll speed. Personally I like white as the background colour but I'm sure others will have different views.

Black
Prefer the black or blue background. Find it shows ground better
1/1 in shallow and I used 2/1 when at speed or deeper water
