Seb's First Dhuie

Took a young bloke from work out for a fish on Saturday. His dream had been to catch a Dhuie, he'd tried a couple of charters in the past without success.
Nailed his first and not a bad effort @ 76cm.
Won't tell ya the weight.............cause someone will only tell me my scales are out ! lol

Thanks fellas, yes, very satisfying to get someone onto there first dhuie.
As far as firsts go, this was the second biggest on my boat, had a mate on holiday from NSW on board a couple of years ago bag a 16 kg model .
Wal, although we were using fresh SB, this one took squid, and you were close gillyL it went 9 kg but I DO need new scales !
