ok , my old mate of many years has had to retire as my yearly crew mate after about 12 years,

so im now on the hunt for a new mate that is able to commit to being a regular weekly crew for about 5 months of the year , starting early dec

i pot for crays , then go for a fish , sometimes get abs, its usually once a week sat or sunday once the pots go in but can be a week day if weather is good

crew mate needs to be able to be flexible on days we go as its off margaret river and is weather swell dependent as to what days we go
not get seasick , be able to swim and handy on a boat or with boat fishing /cray experience

they will need to be fit and active, prepared to share fuel /bait costs, usually about $35 -$40 per trip , they get half of all the catch regardless of who catches what,
ill provide boat, with winch and tipper,and pots , trailer has electric winch so no hand winding ,, beach launches of 18ft alli
