Shallow water suprise

After covering over 100km in the boat yesterday, checks 3 spots with no fish htting the esky (2 fads are missing too) this guy was a pleasant suprise and welcome addition to the esky. Freediving Rotto, in around 4-5m of water.

Which FADs are missing?
I am surprised they dont fight back at that size. A blue swimmer crab would.

One this size latched onto
One this size latched onto my mates finger recently with its mouth......said it was like putting his finger in a vice, the pain was horrendous.

feel your pain we only covered about 30 kays out the back of the 3 mile, no macks and no good signs, put the pick down, young Gareth [F/W]was with me, he did catch 2 small pinkies and had 3 bust offs, you go light and big fish take it, had heavier tackle out and they wont touch it, nice day out though.

We hit 3 mile, Direction
We hit 3 mile, Direction bank, 3 fads, then North Rotto then back home.
No macks seen, dive buddy saw some YFT.......I saw a massive Snapper that was playing shy when I dived on him.
Thats about it yesterday, managed 4 crays
