G'Day Guys,
I am thinking of going to Denham in a couple of weeks for a week with the boat.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what it's like for boat fishing for small boats. I have a Savage 455 Ranger with 50Hp.
The charts dont appear to have any features on them within striking distance so was just wondering what the fishing is likely to be like
Any info would be great.

G'day Dinga
hay mate how are you... personally i aint done no fishing out from denham but before the pink snapper closures and restrictions inside the gulfs my family used to go to nanga station (bout 70k sth of denham) and chase the big pink snapper.. used to have a ball mate on pinkies up too 13-14kgs... i know there are a few reefs out in the sound there that u can catch what the locals call black snapper or blue-lined emporer and pinkies and all that other kinda stuff.... heaps of whiting and squidlys there too... im sure u will get some other info mate other wise u might have to pop down to the most western pub in wa and buy some of the locals a few brewskis and they might give ya some pointers out there...
best of luck mate
