Yeh black spotted cat shark.. dont know of edibility, may be okay i guess?
Caught off mindarie marina ?? they seem to haunt that area , caught a few from there myself.
Caught of Hillary's marina. We caught a few of them along with a couple different ray.

yeah i've caught them off rock walls / moles before, annoying little shits they are, i wouldnt bother keeping one, wouldnt get much meat off them & they look pretty harmless
