Looking for an id on this shark. Was caught by a mate down south, I know it's not the best photo but it's the only one he sent. Cheers

If its the sandbar whaler you are thinking about, they have a bigger dorsal and pectoral fins in comparison to the bronzie, don't have the smooth skin and have a more grey appearance

Not quite - more so my poor sense of humour- I was referring to it being covered in sand (bronzie in my mind)
