Caught these on bait, just
Caught these on bait, just running ball sinker rig with a gang of 4/0's and a smaller hook on top. Didn't get around to measuring any of the fish. I'm guessing the tailor was 38 to 42cm, was a bit on the skinny side though. Gave the snook to my parents, they grilled it for breakfast, flesh was soft but delicate tasting. Was a bit of weed around, but fishing off the rocks you could avoid most of it.

Went fishing off Quinns this morning...caughta few little whiting but blowing 20knot SE winds made it difficult feeling any bites. Saw something big and white swimming on the surface though (about 1m long) anyone know what that could have been? Was too white to be a shark.
