Herring bit patchy .. no worries on the
skippy in berly trail .. filleted and boned
out .. then into the smoke .. plenty out
there on prawn baits fellas .. cheers

Brine ..
I put in bowl with water sea salt and some
brown sugar for bout 30 mins then sit
them on the rack for bit to drip dry
and then into the smoker .. that's how
i do it anyway . Easy as , cheers pirate
