First time out after the Northwest blow yesterday,can't get the smile off my face!

yeh fair post beau , I agree to many people on here hunting for exact spots. it is hard and long sometimes but when you do find decent fish its so satisfying. great pink snapper mate specially from the ski. hope you have a decent couple of feeds of them.

Yes had some great snapper steaks last night.
It became a family dinner last night,with a few beers and wine and laughs.
Here's a pic of the frame/carcass just starting to cook on the weber,the taste was sensational.

Great to see nothing wasted. So many people ditch the wings and frame but if you don't mind a pick I think its the best parts. hmmmm baldy cheek.
Launched from two rocks a while back and there were two 8 - 10kg dhuies at the bottom under the jetty with just the fillets taken. Looked very fresh and deckie was so close to going for a swim for them. What a waste:(
