All have crays at the right time in the season. Dont do it if there is a swell as the caves, rock holes, will suck you in and not let you out until the swell subsides. Not to bad with a full lung of air but not good when you are near the end of your breth and just trying to snag that cray. Had a couple of times myself where i was praying for the backwash to hurry up..Lol
Spot the cray, get a fresh breath, get in and get out as fast as you can. Excellent for learning how to noose crays quick.

Paul did a lot of his initial diving from the shore in the Cottesloe area as the reefs aren't too far to fin from shore
