Luke finally took his boat out with his mate ryan. 19.88 kg . 1.060 long. Unfortunately it’s stomach had nothing in it . Spewing iam out of action so is Andy . I had the great privilege of cleaning it apparently, and it was my spot funny. Ryan’s pd and on soft plastic ( yuck). Little Luke almost there

Any day of the week . Funny thing is . When it hit deck ,spewed up Luke’s bait . Just over a 100 grams is nothing. The flesh had that nice rainbow colour through it when I was cutting there fillets off. Good condition and fat . I’ve got to try harder next year with jigs and plastics. Must admit seems way to go on dhues.

LJ once you have a bit of success you will never go back , I know the oceans will be overrun with occys and sea mullet but hey !! We haven't used a bait now for 3 odd years and not many species won't take a placey or a metal
The next time i see that jig will be in the mouth of something big !!

Beau and few others swear by them. Maybe I should leave bait at home ( not) even kgs on micro jigs go well. I will get there . Watch of few more hundred videos. It’s very impressive to watch people do it well and be successful. One day.
