Sounder help, wth am I doing wrong

Hi all, just had a brand new raymarine dragonfly sounder bought (still in the box all new) 2nd hand off another fisho. And then professionally installed along with a bilge pump in Perth. Was shown at the workshop it works. So packed up the boat and drove up to hedland.
Got here and connected her all up and now zip no power to the sounder at all. Checked all connections and reset the circuit breakers and still zip. Threw another brand new battery in for no win either. The bilge works fine but zip on the sounder.
What am I doing wrong? Anything I can check before I get ripped off at a pilbara boat dealer. Forgot how fun a boat can be again when things don't work haha. Thanks for any help

would be contacting the installer
would be contacting the installer to see if there are any hidden on/off switches. Failing that, are you able to hook it up directly to a battery to make sure the head unit is still working rather than assuming its the wiring ?

Sounds like a install issue.
Sounds like a install issue. If there is something wrong with the dragonfly , just have a chat with Raymarine, they will do the right thing by you. They replaced the transducer for mine without a argument, even though they didn't think it had anything to do the unit. Very helpful . Hope it works out .
