E Shed is the best bet, there have been many mullas caught already 6 this week. Still yet to land my first one, seen them been caught left and right of me but never me. i now people say the amount of people i  go early and catch my live bait because i can't seem to catch the scalies at night i spread my rods and gear to the area that i need and i also go on the less pleasent days when it is a little bit windy people get put of by it especially in winter and it is pretty wind protected and is nice and pleasant. mosman bay and northmole are also good places. In cottesloe the best bet is swanbourne.
