Go bent butt to suit standup
Go bent butt to suit standup with black magic belt and harness. Have had MILLERODS and Tcurves and been happy with both. Weigh up the size of fish you will encounter and go weight to suit.

Depends on the size of fish
I assume with the reels you are targeting blue marlin? If so then yes bent butts will be better - they move the reel closer to your body so easier to crank, and the rod angle is better for when the fish go deep.
If you are only targeting small blacks and stripes then straight butts are fine.
Traditionally heavy game fishing rods have been fully rollered but guide materials have a come a long way in the last ten years and rollers aren't really necessary any more. Rollers are good but if they aren't maintained they are bad. I've been getting rid of my rollered rods and going to rods with guides only.
