First step go fishing for
First step go fishing for Sharks, Mulloway or Snapper and wait, sure enough you'll catch Stingrays instead ;)
I've always found you catch plenty from the North Mole or Ammo Jetty.
I've seen one caught on a balloon before so any level in the water is fine, but probably more luck sitting on the bottom
ps. Please don't Gaff the ones you're letting go or cut off their tails.
I've seen this and I hate it
