Wright's Bank
Wright's Bank off Cape Nat would be a better option, comes up a lot quicker on the outside than Naturaliste Reef, though not as shallow as the reef it stays around the same depth for a longer distance

The 7m seas might have been a typo on the DOT real time wave data page, cant seem to see a 7m rise on the graph when i checked again.
Still big out there hit over 6m off rotto.
