How long would it take to remove.Seems like they need a training wall to the south to cope with this. It happened not so long ago the same thing when the hevens open.We are heading over in July for some fun.
It would be a brave (or silly) person to try and launch a boat of any size at that ramp. And as for recovery, forget it unless you have something with tracks
nature's way of giving the poor fish off Tanta's a rest for a week i'm all for it! i'd hate for people to have to travel more than 10Nm to drop a line in the water.
We are in Exy at the moment with 5.5mtr ally boats, launched yesterday at 10:30 am but when we got back at 5:00 the ramp looked like the pics above. Low tide was at 6:00 we had to wait till 8:30 for enough water to float our bots back in. Point is you can use it but need to work during the tides, problem is low tides are at night. Just have enough frothies on bord to wait it out.

I'd stay right away from that sand, it would be all 'fluffed' up, not compacted.

Heya guys,
Does anyone have any idea of how long before this will be cleared?
Similar to the others I am heading up there in 2 weeks so pretty keen to understand whether we will be able to use it.
Thanks

Looking at the tides for later next week there maybe a sniff of a chance to use ramp.
with the low being later in the evening and the drop off tide not as servere as the 0.6mtr low in the pics posted.
Im lucky l dont need much water to float my boat.
But will wait and see once up there.
Also knocked up a swing down 3rd wheel at work which may come in handy.
