No special recipe for the batter. Just cold soda water and sr flour just dont make it too thick. You can do the same with beer and then you get to finish off the rest of the stubby .
There is veg in there. Chips are potato lol

Salivating, missus into healthy eating so batter and chips out. That said crayfish with chilli and mustard marinated and sweet potato chips is a good alternative.
