There are some good buggers on this site

After recently having the hydraulic rams replaced on my boat I was left with some stainless steel rod that I thought I could put to good use. A custom made iki jime spike. I approached a small fab shop in Osborne Park and they wanted an arm and a leg. No thank-you. Then I saw in a recent post that Andy (Sea-kem) has a workshop in Welshpool. No problems he said and a call to Uncle Dan's on the way to Welshpool had the tariff sorted.
Good to meet you Andy and thanks again. It is flash as, now I need to go kill some fish.

yup
Its one of the really awesome things that this site has brought to my life, some great mates and good contacts for places to drop a swag or advice in getting stuff sorted.

Was good to meet you too Alan and thanks. I hate to see people being done over like I told you and yeah there's a good brains trust on the site. Make sure you post some pics of your spiked beast ;)
