Thieving Scumbags
Submitted by Ebbie on Sun, 2015-10-25 10:31
So my electric winch started playing up and besides the fact that its slow and needs power and cables etc the gears were jamming and was starting to annoy me. So I bought a new manual trailer winch and got ready to install it when I go outside my house and see my electric winch and winch plate gone!!! They not only stole the winch but even worst the winch plate also the scumbags...... Only plus is that I didn't install the new winch already.
Just pissed off and annoyed.

Sorry to hear, mate. Now that the prick/s know you'll be putting another winch on, they'll probably come back soon...

At least the consultation is that they think they've got themselves a bonus whereas now they've got all the hassles and heartache, just a little bit of poetic justice there

What !!!!!
Bloody hell, there is nothing that is safe from mongrels in this day and age. Like I saw on tv the other night with the increase of meth users the juice heads need money to feed their arm, and they are not going to be able to hold down a job so, stealing becomes the number one income earner for them.
It's my opinion that the dealers of this stuff should be taken to the new mincer and turned into some thing useful.

thieves
seems to be an epidemic of people taking whats not theirs...
Smashing car windows in car parks while people are fishng on the beach...
I know a number of countries overseas it doesnt happen as often as here.
Had the garage window smashed they couldnt get in ; then the garage door kicked in...oh no access to the house...then the front door kicked in so the scum bags could help themselves a few years ago.
Shire garbage truck driver described them and thier commodore parked in my drive way, una couda mate...
Yakatamigie mate....
And i got insurance, they got things from my house i worked hard for...
In singapore they would be strung on a frame and flogged...
In Thailand you could opt to have them beaten.....
In Australia the clear message on the road side signs the Police put up is " lock it; or lose it".
Great isnt it....ahhh what great laws...we have...
Violent.....thieving.....meth/ ice scumbags doing whatever they please..
Go hard.........

Can't help but notice
Can't help but notice recreational drugs are the source of the issues here....usually the addicts need quick cash to feed their habit...

sorry to hear about your winch and yes it would of been most likely crack heads after a fix, but there are pros around targeting these type of items...

The missus went to watch the lad play sport. Came back to find some Ars-wipe had smashed the windows of 4 cars.

Unfortunatly your right
Yep it's a sad fact that we don't like to confront, but there are some thieving sods who will not hesitate to take the bling things that others have scrimped and saved to get. To those types stealing has become a way of life.
What has got me beat is that you never see the high end stuff appear at the police auctions, now are the cops recovering some of this stuff or are the thieving sods getting away with it and not a lot of these sorts of crimes are getting solved.
In no way am I having a shot at the cops it just appears to me that the sheer volume of this type of crime is overwhelming the available resources available to be directed at it.

I would assume
that a lot of high end gear - regardless of what sort would be claimed by insurance companies, given that in a lot of instances they've paid out on claims in relation to it.
