three nice swan river blues

Headed out for an early morning crab near the narrows.
Only got three but all a good size.
Biggest went 184mm and a bit over 600mm claw to claw.
All chock-a-block full of meat.

I chop all the herbs and
I chop all the herbs and kaffia leaves up, grate the ginger, slice the garlic, zest and juice the limes, mix it all in together. Clean the crabs green and break them in half. Marinate them for a while and chuck on on the bbq grill.
Sensational eating, but not a dish i would serve on a first date
