Can somebody please tell me what it costs to have a box trailer inspected and then registered?

It depends if it has a
It depends if it has a usable VIN. I got my box trailer registered last year. It was more expensive because the VIN couldn't be searched. I hade to get it weighed, new NIV stamped then inspected. The correct size number/letter stamps are hard to find and expensive to bye (8mm from memory) so the inspector blokes slug you to stamp the VIN. Was a couple of hundred plus rego..

VIN plates are available from Martins trailer parts
You just have to show them the papawrwork with the new VIN on it, and associated info, and they will do it for you
