nah not going to dip it
built it from dura gal and have this stuff at work thats like solder but has a high zinc conntent that you just apply to the welds after welding with a bit of heat and a wire brush ,I am sealing all the main beams and putting some inox inside afterwards through some bungs ,Bit off a different way of doing it but we will see how long it lasts

Took the boat off the trailer yesterday
Bit scary at first as to weather it was going to stay up there or come crashing down

looks great Neil!
Had been wondering what the upside down T was for but can see now
Hard to see from the pics, but you may need to be careful of the distance from the tail lights/plates to outboards.
Cant remember what the max is supposed to be but a heap of people got pinged a year back on Indian Ocean drive for not using a flag on the overhanging outboard.
When those guys get a bee in their bonnet it can screw up everyones fun!

The t at the back is the short ass step
Will have to check on those distances but I think I read somewhere that it 2.5 m from the axle or 1.5 m from the rear of the trailer
