Transport of crays on jetstar

Does anyone know the rules with jetstar on taking crays from perth to cairns

Frozen
If they are frozen then I don't see a problem
I used to take frozen fish fillets to Sydney for my daughter, the only time I had a problem was when I had ice packs in and they said it had to be dry ice or none at all so no leakage can occur
