Am looking at these two boats and was wondering peoples opinion on them. They look and sound the goods but proof is in the pudding.

I have never owned a
I have never owned a Twinfisher but Ihave owned a small (4.3m) cat and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll not start a whole cat vs mono discussion because each has their own following but that little centre console 4.3m cat started a long love affair with cats for me and I'm hooked, just luv 'em!

Cats are the go in my book.
Love cats myself but never been in a alli cat and am very interested in how they perform.

Go to you tube and search
Go to you tube and search 'Webster Twinfisher' - there's a whole range of vids there and reviews - you'll see them doing some pretty amazing bar crossings in them.
For some light reading there's a couple of reviews and Webster's own site below.
We've had the 5.2 for about a year and a half now and love it. We were lucky to find one decked out with all the fruit and had been babied since new.
The 5.2 is really a 5.5 if you include the additional 300mm in the sponsons at the stern.
Masses of deck space for their size and less than 1500 kgs on the trailer so easy to tow.
VERY easy to launch and retrieve - even off the beach - easy drive on and drive off if you have the Dunbier trailer that were built for them.
Stable at rest - four of us can move to one side of the boat and she hardly moves at all.
She just eats up the chop and you can cruise in just about any conditions at 18 - 20 knots. Cats are sensitive to trim but you work that out pretty quick.
For their size they are a very safe boat.
Be wary of the trolls when discussing cats.

No too bad
My old boy has a 5.2, and it's not a bad rig at all. Plenty of deck space, and handles well. The Motor cavitates a bit and can be tricky to trim, but that's not the boats fault.
