tying a tally

 is there any 1 in rocky that can teach my young bloke to tie his tally for his naval cadets cap , i am ex army with a buggered left hand/arm and cand help him with that

 the officier running ts Anzac is a woman (and good at her job) , problem with Ts Anzac is its being rebuilt so the kids go there every friday night march around and thats it , my young bloke has been there a year and hasnt touched the water yet

Tell him to stick with it, my eldest sister was 2iC to the unit in Bunbury for years and chaperoned cadets all round the world for different events, including  the Edinborough Millitary Tattoo twice, Queens Jubilee ceremony stc and when a navy vessels stops in a port on its way to Stirling base they usually pack the cadets on for the last leg of the voyage.

Just give it some time
