Typhoon boats

Hi all,
have seen this boat called a 5.4 typhoon pop up on boatsonline a few times and just wondered if anyone knew anything about them as my fishwrecked and google database searches have come up suspiciously bare??
I've found a pretty primitive website but its not very useful.
Not even sure if they are still making boats , got bought out or just went out of business?
