Uploading pics problem

Don't know if anyone else is having the same problem but since the last server change I haven't been able to upload pics on to the site.Still doing the same procedure but after a minute or so after hitting the upload button it comes up with "unable to display page" basically tossing you off the site.

Same as, trying to change profile pic, I delete the old one try and put up another and either comes up with unable to display or put's the old pic back up
