vibration in one motor

Have got a slight vibration in the starboard motor that is worse at low revs. Also can't get the same revs into that motor as the port side. It is a Yamaha 115 four stroke. Prop looks unmarked, unbent. Have taken the props off and it looks good underneath. Any suggestions? I am presuming that the shaft might be bent so is it easy to check that and also if that is the problem how would it have occured?

might be nothing to do with
might be nothing to do with the shafts or props.
Could be your engine is running on 3 cylinders or and injector.
Mine did something similar

more info!
as Sunshine says, but is the vibration only when in gear? Have you dropped the oil out of the gearbox to see if there is any internal damage? or checked that there IS still oil in there?
You dont mention any possibility of striking something however there are other scenarios such as someone backing into your outboard while parked without your knowledge.
Be careful because problems of this nature can rapidly spread to become worse. ie bearings soon take gears along for the ride.
good luck and let us know what it turns out to be!

gear box oil was slightly milky in the vibrating motor
presume I need the seals replaced in it. The other motor's oil was spotless.
Certainly no damage to the outside of the motor. I haven't hit anything and no one has hit me for sure

have a look at the lower bung, should be a magnet to catch filings. But it would have to be pretty bad to slow the engine down. So as said above there could be something else.
