Virgin lump
Well we headed out at two o’clock( as i had to work this morning.) in the search of a fish, sea was flat calm, tried a few spots with no luck, went to a spot I have not fished for some time and got something big ,Sambo I’m guessing ,destroyed all the lines in the water, so all had to make new rigs and bait up for another drift. Well this is when thing got interesting ,as we turned the boat to go back a small lump showed on the sounder ,showing some good fish ,I could not believe I had never seen this lump before as I have fish that area for the last 15 years but there it was..we baited up and dropped ,then bang every line was smashed dhuies , on every line ,hi fives all round back for another drift and same again bagged out in two drifts and on the way home. just goes to show there are still some lumps that have not been fished I have never seen pots on this spot in all the years I have fish ,and am sure if anyone else knew this lump it would have been cleaned out long ago.

Yes in Leeman Bob will say going to one of my
spots we haven't fished for about 2yrs, off we go, next minute Bertie look at this, (idiot knows I can't look at sounder, I'll get sick) bloody hell look at this ground, we'll drop here for awhile, we usually never get to his spot get a couple of nice fish, then lets try my spot. There is a lot of good ground in Leeman usually 35 metres plus.
