Im still figuring out the weather these days the change of season has left me scratching my head at times! Just wondering what you blokes reckon about the weather for Sunday in bunbury? Do you think there will be much surface chop during the morning? I'm hoping to take my kayak out but chop on the surface caused by wind makes fishing unpleasant. Your opinions greatly appreciated

Well chop is caused by local winds, I have a 15 ft tinny and 10kn and under is desireable, but you can seek shelter ie, here in perth, it can blow 20plus knots easterly in the morning during summer but I still will go and troll for tailor along the beach because its sheltered or the wind hasnt traveled far enough over water to chop it up. Evrn if on a river, you can still ger in the shit, strong enough wind over enough water will blow up some serious chop!
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.
