Weather Tues 30/12

Anyone heading out?

What do you think of the forecast? Seabreeze seems to be contradicting some of the other sites.

Cheers

Mon, 2014-12-29 18:50

 Heading out ex woody point

going to try to head out wide but will assess on the morrow

hitting water before sun up as usual and try to be on spot by the time wind drops away for a couple of hours drifting

forecasts seem different from website to website - strange given I thought sourced info from same places.....?

Agree with Randall looks best been for a while - SICK of poxy wind!!!!

Sunday might also be a goer....

Mon, 2014-12-29 20:15

I'll head out from Mindarie - see if I can fish some wider ground before the wind gets cranking. Note to self - find some wider ground!

haha , beat those pesky fines

Tue, 2014-12-30 08:29

. A medical emergency or vehicle breakdown could be another reason that may be accepted by internal review.  It helps of you evidence or witnesses to verify that circumstances caused you to commit the parking offence.  Another common reason for seeking internal review of council parking fines is faulty parking meters. Was there a number on the meter or sign nearby with a number you could call to report the faulty meter?  There is also provision in the internal review process for homeless, mentally ill, or drug addicted  people to have their fines withdrawn.

This off a NSW site , but maybe applys here , so simple , become homeless , a druggie , or jump up and down like a loon , asking for a rubber chicken hat , and you WILL beat that fine .

 early on its was shothouse

Tue, 2014-12-30 17:36

early on its was shothouse with a stiff 15-20kt easterly off OR. Came good by 9am and managed 50 whiting in 20m out between hillarys and oceanreef. Find a patch on the drift then go back and anchor and you can catch them all day. Came in by 11 to beat all the ramp traffic. Oceanreef was packed again!

Got on the water at 4am down

Tue, 2014-12-30 17:48

Got on the water at 4am down here in Bunno and expected the south wester to blow by 11am but it just kept dying off.

Garbo won the day on a sized jigged Dhu banger on a Macarthers soft plastic.

Plenty of Sambos on soft plastics but generally a slow day.

Not as many dickheads back at the ramp today.

Not a bad day

Tue, 2014-12-30 19:25

Not to bad out today behind garden island managed a x2 40+cm blackass and x2 baldchin one was 57cm (my PB) and the other was 46cm. Landed a few juvenile pinkies which all went back happy, and a decent sambo got the blood pumping.
