Weekend fishing

Well the weekend is almost here. We've got most of the gear packed and the clock is ticking down to our trip. We're heading off this afternoon to a river up the coast for 2 days barra fishing. Tides are right, weather has been good (and hot!). Great conditions for barra fishing. Should get plenty of pics and I will report when we get home.
So what has everone else got planned for this weekend?

Lucky you Jay!! Look foward to reading and seeing your exploits.
Looks like we've got a weekend of 20 knot south westers here in Exxy. Gribbo has pulled the pin on the billfish bonanza due to the conditions and I'm not sure if Bouttime, Birdman and Goatch are still going to enter. (especially as they have to sign up to be members and then have entry fees) Not sure if I'm too keen to be 4th man in sloppy conditions when its been such tough going on the sails lately. They seem to be around, but just not hitting much that are thrown at them. (livies, gars, skirts, flies)
I'm thinking I might head down into the bottom of the gulf and look for some jacks with the good tides. Don't think it's going to be much of a special weekend down this way, but all of next week I will be night fishing behind Tantabiddi for spangled emperor and what ever else is biting which should make up for it. :)
