What a Crap Day!
Submitted by UncutTriggerInWA on Mon, 2009-03-02 09:29
Managed to get an early moring fish in on Saturday morning at Flat Rock. A couple of nice Tailor and some herring for the smoker. Rest of the weekend has been chores and business. It seems like a decade since I last fished already. Today, apart from a visit to City Farmers and some maintenance om my Wife's computer, all I want to do is FISH! Hmmmmmm... maybe a trip to 2-Rocks for a bit of casting off the end of the wall..... What do you guys suggest as a remedy?

Sherbs and I went to Yanchep yesterday and fished the reef
and Club Capricorn for three herring between us. It was just too nice a morning.(Colin 1 - Co-founding member of the prestigious Colin Club)

Vince mate, sounds like you need another trip down south
, although I have to say, the weather is pretty ordinary down here at the moment. Our crossover got flooded out again yeserday (bloody shire
). It was even that bad yesterday it stopped me from going to the local wine festival
, now THAT is bad LOL.
Ah well, got the shed and the study tidied up, finally bounced down a friends vids to DVD and I'm about to tackle a drier that will only dry one item of clothing at a time.
I tell ya, it doesn't get more exciting than that does it?

You really do have problems....
My problems pail into insignificance compared to yours Colin. Missing a wine festival is just not on mate! No floaties in the house?
Looks like i will be changing jobs soon (like in a couple of weeks). The new venture gives me more freedom and I should be able to afford time and money for more trips soon. More news on that front when the deal is struck.
Missus just sent me to the bottlo for a Rose as she is settling down to movies. So what about me? OK I weakend and picked up a nice bottle of Donnely River Classic White (to go with the various Shiras' I have on the shelf). Such is life as they say...........
