Wrap a fillet in foil with a little butter. Put it in te bake or on a fire and you will soon be having a great meal.(Colin 1 - Co-founding member of the prestigious Colin Club)

Great fish to eat freshly

Great fish to eat freshly caught on the same day. Don't keep well at all, it's useless after it's been in the freezer. Great fun to catch I must say Smile
