The top one is a Bridled Goby Arenigobius bifrenatus - widespread in the Swan.
The bottom one is a female Blue Weed Whiting Haletta semifasciata - common in the lower reaches. Note this is not a true whiting at all, not even closely related. There are seveal species of 'weed whiting'
